Meet Cam & Linda 

 

Fans of ocean dips, strong coffee & cold beers, you’ll often find Chef Cam and his partner Linda hitting up a music festival, planning their next overseas adventure or working on their Tiny Home in Hamilton. 

 

And when it comes to food? They really know their stuff.

 

Cam is an 18+ years experienced chef (not just a cook with a food truck!), having owned & operated couple of the top cafes & restaurants in New Zealand. 

 

Linda also has a hospo background, and with an undying love of condiments, she makes sure every delicacy is just the right amount of saucy.  

 

Since launching Roam in 2018, Cam & Linda have been combining international flavours with fresh, local produce to create bespoke menus that make a serious impression. They LOVE to travel, LOVE to cook & LOVE to eat. Food is what these two do best.
