  • Each event & menu is customised, so after we’ve had a chat about your requirements you’ll receive a quote with all the inclusions listed out. On top of all the foodie elements, our caravan also doubles as a cute prop for your photos!

  • Absolutely — enquire here and we’ll send you our Catering Guide.

  • Our street food options are served casually from the caravan, as individual dishes, using eco-friendly disposable plates & cutlery (included in the cost). Choose a minimum of 3x dishes and your guests will get to try one of each. Larger groups may require extra staff to walk food around & ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Our caravan also works great as a bar! We have a caravan bar package that can be added to any buffet or banquet style event. Enquire now for more info on our caravan bar option.

  • You sure can — we’ve got a sound system/microphone and also all the cutlery, plates, wine glasses, tumblers etc you could need (one point of contact for all your hire needs, nice!).

  • We’re Waikato caterers based in Hamilton, but we roam all over the North Island. During our busy season (November - April) we may be restricted with where we can travel to, as we’re often booked Thursday - Sunday. Get in touch for a chat about your location & any timeline restrictions.

  • From punchy Asian dishes to “the best” (as quoted by many) wagyu beef burger in NZ, we do it all. We specialise in big flavours, real ingredients, everything made from scratch. The boujee-iest street food you ever did see.

  • If you need us to, yes! Caterings our thing but we’re happy to collaborate with wedding venues, planners & other vendors to ensure your day is total perfection.

  • As weddings are our main gig, we tend to book out a year in advance, especially in peak season (November - April). We can’t hold dates without a deposit, so the sooner you book the better!

  • Yes, you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date.

  • If you’re keen to go ahead, let us know within 7 days of receiving your quote. We'll then send you an invoice with deposit details.

  • We’ll touch base with you closer to your date & grab your final numbers, dietary requirements, menu choices & timeline for the day.

  • One month before your event.

  • Absolutely, we'll tailor your menu to ensure all dietary requirements are covered. However, if any guests have severe allergies, they may need to bring their own food (if your chosen menu contains the ingredients they're allergic to — just to be safe).
